Users can contact Sharrek support for account issues, login problems, bug reports, safety concerns, privacy questions, and app support.
Contact us
Email support@sharrek.com and include the email address of your Sharrek account plus a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within one business day.
Delete your account
You can delete your Sharrek account from inside the app at any time:
Open Sharrek → Profile → Manage Account → Delete Account
If you cannot access the app, email support@sharrek.com from the address on your account and we will help you.
Reporting and blocking
Users can report content and block users or creators from the relevant app screens. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
